We work with our clients to identify and stay true to the brand DNA through trend forecasting, creating mood boards, hand renderings, CAD designs,
spec sheets, swatch sourcing, factory development and sourcing, merchandising plans, and fit assessments.

CONSULTING
We take a 360-degree consulting approach to help our clients navigate through industry practices, from conception to managing production calendars
to the finished product. We have more than 45 years combined experience in luxury footwear and 10 years in contemporary footwear.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
We personally design, manage, and manufacture products to fit our client’s needs. From branding to private label, we develop all classifications with price
ranging from designer to contemporary. We use expert craftsmanship & fit from our factories in Italy, Spain, and China with the ability to produce 10,000 units per style. Because of our close factory relationships, we have the ability to build a completely custom sample line of 20 sku’s for $1,200, 1/4 of our competitors price. Our factory relations enable us to produce and deliver product in 12 weeks.

LOGISTICS
We directly import all product for our clients, with an established network of shipping and warehousing facilities. Our team of three independently manages
and coordinates all operations and logistics, from bookkeeping and invoicing, to EDI. We continue to look for ways to reduce our costs and improve efficiencies.
